CL-10-CONCENTRATE LIME DISSOLVER

CL-10, securely cleans cement , lime , sediment and rust, it dissolves and cleans the lime, moss, cement, sediment and rust out, in  places like cooling systems, boilers, transmixers.

INSTRUCTIONS

DIRECT USE: Mix 1 unit CL-10 with 10 unit water according to the situation of the surface and apply with spray gun and brush.Wait until all sediments are cleared and then rinse with water. İf necessary, process must be repeated.

WITH IMMERSE METHOD:Dilute CL-10 in a plastic pot or pool with 1/1 – 1/10 water according to the situation of the sediments to be cleared and immerse the materials to  be cleaned into the solution prepared. Wait until the sediments are dissolved and then take them out and rinse with water thoroughly.

TRANSMIXERS AND CEMENT STATIONS: Dilute CL-10 in a plastic pot with 1/1 – 1/10 water(according to the situation of cement or mortar sediments) and apply with a spray gun or a brush. After waiting a while, rinse with abundant water. İf necessary repeat again.

COOLING AND HEATING SYSTEMS: Water in the system must be evacuated completely and then the system must be rinsed. Fill the boiler till the pre-determined level through adding 1 unit CL-10 for every 10-unit water. Set the heat to 50 C of the boiler. ( The water temperature in the boiler shall not exceed 60 C).Discharge the gases that form during the operation through opening the security vents. The cleaning operation may take 5-10 hours. During this period pH must be between 1,5 and 2 and if necessary some CL-10 must be added.

AFTER THE OPERATION IS FINISHED, EMPTY THE SYSTEM AND RINSE WITH WATER.
