ON-X CONDITIONER OF METAL SURFACES

Description

ON-X, pretreates the metal surfaces before the application of plating processes as by cleaning oil, grease,and oxydation accumulations. Abrades the metallic surfaces in microscopic rate in order to provide a perfect adhesion of the plating material on the surface of application. The product can be applied by brushing, rubbing, pulverization and immersion on surfaces of brass, copper, aluminium, steel and bronze.

MODE OF APPLICATION : Depending on the properties of application, one unit of ON-X is diluted by 3 to 30 units of water. The gross part of the accumulations of oil, grease or dirth is removed. The conditioning solution is applied by brushing, rubbing or pulverization. After waiting a certain period in order to provide the dissolution of the accumulations of oxydation, corrosion and oil the surface of application has to be rinsed out with clear water and the protective layer of lubricant is applied on dried surface. in stainless steel, PVC, PE, fiberglass and PP tanks, ON-X has to be used after being diluted.

TO THE ATTENTION OF CONSUMERS

• Do not use the product for the cleaning of hand, face,body parts and foods.
• Avoid any contact with eyes and skin and make use of protective wears and masks while the application.
• Wipe out with abundant quantity of water in case of accidental contact.,
• Avoid the inhalation of the vapors.
• In case of accidental absorption of the product, consult immediately your physician.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Dot not mix with any other product.
